DIRECTIONS
Our conference Drama in Education for Children and Adolescents at risk will take place in the city of Rostock, Germany. All sessions will be held in the "Academy for Music and Arts Rostock" conveniently located in the old town and only 10 minutes away from the Rostock main station .
How do I get to Rostock?
1. By plane:

2. By train:
Book your journey at www.bahn.de or buy your tickets directly at the train station. When travelling in a group request the "Ostseeticket" which is a cheap ticket from 39€, or the "Mecklenburgticket" from Hamburg. Both can be used in RegionalExpress trains for up to five passengers (note: it is not valid in ICE or IC trains) from Hamburg or Berlin (single).www.interconnex-tickets.com or easily bought on board the train.

How to find the Academy of Music and Theatre in Rostock?
When arriving at Rostock main station take the tram inbound the city. Lines 5 and 6 will bring you to "Neuer Markt" (third stop) where its three minutes to the Academy. Line 4 will bring you to "Gerberbruch" where its also three minutes to the Academy.
CONFERENCE
What is the conference about?
The conference is an international gathering of experts and scientist which work on theatre therapy and theatre in education and the fusion of both. Speakers and Issues of the conference presentations and workshops you will find here. The official agenda (PDF) is available here (due to changes).
What will be the conference language?
The language of the conference is English/German. Presentations will be translated and workshops will have a German/English interpreter included.
How do I register for the conference?
Please use our online registration form . Online applications will be accepted on a rolling admission basis as long as there is space available. Due to a highly competitive admission process, we encourage all persons to apply early.
How do I pay the conference fee?
Please transfer the money (140€) via bank giro transfer from your bank account to the Academy's account as soon as possible.

Latest date is the 15st of March. Unfortunately no credit cards are accepted. Bankverbindung Due to our non-profit nature and very limited funds, we are unable to provide any financial support to our participants. To minimize the cost of the Conference, the Conference fee was projected based on the running costs only.
What kind of meals are included in the conference fee?
All the coffee breaks during the Conference are included in the Conference price, as are two networking dinners.
How is the venue equipped?
Two rooms of 50 seats are permanently available and rooms of smaller size are available on demand. Presentations and evening events are hosted in the "Katharinen Saal" (Kathrins Hall) of 300 seats capacity.

In cooperation with some local hotels we offer you accommodation around the Academy from a wide range of comfort standards. Participants are entitled to special discounted rates: 20 Euro for a single or a double room in a youth hostel, with breakfast and tax included.
